Meet Our Chief Taste Officer
Taste has a new boss.
Martha Stewart has spent a lifetime setting the standard for good taste.
Not just how things look, but how they’re made, how they’re served, how they feel, and most importantly, how they taste.
Now she’s bringing that point of view to Stars + Honey.

WhyMartha?
We are obsessive about the details. The texture of the first bite. The balance of sweetness. The quality of the chocolate. The finish. The aftertaste. Whether you actually want another bite. Martha understands that instinctively.
That is exactly how we think about food. She knows that “good enough” is never really good enough, and that the smallest details are often the ones that make something exceptional.
What does Chief Taste Officer actually do?
Martha’s role is simple: help us keep the bar high. She tastes. She critiques. She gives us her point of view. She pushes us on flavor, texture, ingredients and the overall eating experience. Because a protein bar can have all the right numbers on the label and still miss the point. For us, the point is that you should genuinely enjoy eating it.

OurSharedStandard
We care deeply about clean function. Protein matters. Ingredients matter. Nutrition matters. But none of those things should require lowering your expectations for taste. Our standard has always been:
Martha agrees. It has to work like a protein bar and taste like something you’d choose even if it weren’t one.
And now she’s here to make sure we keep living up to it.
